Geisler Russell Terriers & Dachshunds offers quality in our dogs, they have great pedigrees, temperament and overall health. Interested clients must show the utmost respect to the animals and display a character that has the best interest of the dogs in mind.
We breed for our next show prospects & breeding line continuation first and foremost. Our dogs come from AKC Champions and are either already champions or will be soon! All of our dogs are AKC registered & OFA, PRA health tested. A $250, non-refundable deposit helps to secure a puppy that is deemed available in the litter. Puppy must be paid in FULL via money order before pick up date and/or cash will be the only accepted form of payment when making the final payment during pick up.
All puppies produced are registered by the breeder with her breeding program prefix “Geisler” prior to your purchase. The puppy you receive will already come with a show name & call name as deemed by the breeder and may not be changed regardless, if sold as a companion/pet, event dog or show quality prospect puppy.

This will be determined upon approval. We will need to discuss pedigrees and many other things pertaining to showing/breeding. We do prefer to know you personally or by referrals. This is an option offered only on a case by case basis, not everyone is looking to show a dog. This option is mainly provided to proven show/breeding homes with respectable lines. Unless a “novice” seems reputable and respectable it is considered.
If you choose to buy a show prospect puppy from us, it is not an absolute gaurantee that the puppy will turn out for show. We do retain the right to use the stud dog “Free” at anytime with the “Geisler” prefix. Also, if you buy a bitch puppy from us, we get the right to one puppy back or monetary compensation from sale of a puppy from the bitches first litters. Should this dog or bitch require being spayed or neutered you must get approval from breeder before proceeding. Full AKC Registration means that you have chosen to pay for rights to show and eventually breed your dog under our guidance. Our breeding program prefix “Geisler” will automatically be on the dog you choose, along with the dog’s show name and call name already issued on the dog papers and may not be changed at any time.
